The Quality of Life Committee of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is conducting an online survey on the current state of game developers' quality of life.
The game development industry is notorious for the toll it takes on people and as a result, many game developers leave the business within a few years.
The Committee is in the process of studying these issues and will propose practical solutions in a Quality of Life White Paper to be presented at the Game Developers Conference in March.
Game developers are encouraged to fill out the extensive (and anonymous) survey at the
IGDA website.
The Game Developers Conference is produced by the CMP Game Group, which also produces this site.
