The iOS Touch Surface Should Span the Entire Screen-Side Surface of the Device

If publishers and developers insist on making high-production games with dual-digital-analog sticks the lease Apple can do to accommodate is 1) touch-enable the entire screen-side surface of the device and 2) allow developers to utilize the "+" and "-" audio buttons for gameplay (and mandate a manual volume adjustment in the pause menu).
