The Evolution of Stronghold Kingdoms: Taking A Game From PC to Mobile [VIDEO]

An intriguing and insightful look into the development process from taking a hit free to play PC game to the Mobile marketplace.

Hello all, 

So I've been doing video marketing for Firefly Studios (the makers of the Stronghold Series) for the last few months. Through my various interviews, dev diaries and lets plays I have done with them, I've begun to see the pressures and excitements of the video games industry, in particular the indie sector. 

We got a lot of fans asking for the behind the scenes of Stronghold Kingdoms, Firefly's flagship product and the game which kept them above water among the financial crisis of 2008. 

So due to its imminent release, and the fascinating risks that became apparent in the interviews I recorded, I thought I'd do a short video featuring Co-owner Simon Bradbury and Producer Paul Harris on the development of the original game and its transition to the mobile marketplace.
