Game development training company design3 has introduced a series of tutorial modules focusing on Unity game development for mobile platforms, including an example project which would-be designers can examine to learn mobile design principles. iOS Development with Unity presents a lineup of video tutorials addressing the creation, testing, and uploading of gaming applications for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Android Development with Unity covers Android SDK developer account creation, device setup, and the Android Market submission process. Design3 also features an playable mobile game that offers an in-depth look at how to script accelerometer and multi-touch input in the context of a skateboarding simulation. The company additionally offers video tutorials for Valve's Source engine and Unreal Engine 3.
