Noesis Interactive, creator of the Mod Your World product family, is partnering with Game Career Guide to offer students interested in a career in video game development with a 20% discount on all current and future products from Noesis Interactive. Learn the nuts and bolts of texture application, generate props from scratch, and follow step-by-step instructions for creating biped characters. Character Design & Integration with Half-Life 2, part two of the Mod Your World product family, focuses on creating and implementing your own characters within Half-Life 2 Deathmatch. Map Design & Integration with HL2, Counter-Strike Source, part three of the MOD Your World training series, teaches how to “Share Your World” by using Valve's Hammer along with SOFTIMAGE|XSI to create an entire world, full of unique props, detailed attributes, modified physics, and custom characters.
