Officials from Gigex, Inc. have announced that the company has acquired two independent content companies, in the form of daily industry newsletter GameDAILY and hardcore fan site Gamerfeed. The two merged companies will now operate under the name GameDAILY, providing daily consumer and business news to the industry. All of the GameDAILY content will continue to be free, including the Gigex-powered game downloads. “Our vision is to create the leading content site for mainstream video game content where users can find top notch content accessible by everyone and advertisers can leverage the largest single audience of video game entertainment enthusiasts”, comments CEO Mark Friedler.
