Make your own original game, or take contract work?

It's a dilemma most indie devs face at some point in their career, and at GDC 2016, ClutchPlay Games' Amy Dallas tapped her experience in the mobile game industry to offer some advice on the subject.

During her talk Dallas dug into the practical realities of balancing work-for-hire projects vs. developing original IP, what she and her team have learned from this process, and how they've applied those lessons to maintaining the health of their studio.

It was a smart talk that shed light on the all-too-tricky balancing act so many indie devs and studios face today. if you missed seeing it live, don't sleep on your chance to now watch Dallas' talk for free on the official GDC YouTube channel!
