iPhone game developer Blackflip Studios has revealed that its games have been downloaded over 100 million times in total over the past two years. This includes both free and paid apps, with 80 percent of the total downloads coming from the iOS platform, while 20 percent are from Android downloads, according to news site Venturebeat. The Boulder, CO-based studio also revealed that it currently sees around 25 million active users, with 2.5 million daily active users across all its games. The company's iPhone title Strike Knight saw more than 10 million downloads alone, while other titles such as Paper Toss, Ninjump and Ragdoll Blaster 2 have also been downloaded by millions. Revenue for the studio is equally split over App Store sales, mobile advertising and in-app purchases. In comparison, Rovio announced last month that its mega-hit Angry Birds franchise, which debuted in late 2009, has now seen 200 million units downloaded across all platforms and versions.
