Newsbrief: Minecraft creator Markus 'Notch' Persson has announced his latest project, an online science fiction game dubbed 0x10c. Persson released very few details about the game itself, but said "it is still extremely early in development," and will focus on elements such as engineering, computers, space battles, and more. The game's business model is also in flux, but Persson said that 0x10c will likely include a monthly fee, as the game will use a persistent world for online play.
