Hazelight Studios' co-op adventure It takes Two has amassed 5 million sales in under a year.

The PC, Xbox, and PlayStation title launched on March 26, 2021, and passed 3 million sales in October last year, meaning another 2 million copies have been shifted over the past four months.

It Takes Two was recently crowned Game of The Year at The Game Awards, and is currently in the process of being adapted for film or television.

The game also became the subject of a trademark dispute last December when Grand Theft Auto publisher Take-Two took issue with its name, prompting Hazelight to abandon its own trademark.
