Newsbrief: The Virtuix Omni treadmill went up for pre-order recently, due for release later this year. Today the company announced that it has received $3 million in a round of investment. The VR treadmill, which allows you to control first-person games by walking around on the spot, now has around half a dozen investment firms involved. The company says that this round of investment will allow it to expansion its staff count, and improve the mass production and distribution of the hardware. The treadmill already raised more than $1 million via Kickstarter last year.
