Web development company Bocoup has announced that Electronic Arts CCO Rich Hilleman will keynote the upcoming New Game 2011, the first conference in the U.S. to focus specifically on HTML5 game development. The event aims to bring together the industry's leading HTML5 developers for a series of sessions from big name speakers, as a means of pushing browser-based game development forward. Focusing on the technologies that are currently looking to elevate the browser game space to new heights, New Game 2011 will provide attendees with an intimate opportunity to explore and learn the field more fully. Along with Hilleman's keynote, the likes of Google's Ken Russell, Opera's Erik Moller and Mozilla's Alan Kligman will also be speaking as part of the educational conference. A second keynote speaker is also set to be revealed over the coming weeks. The full list of announced speakers can currently be found at the New Game Conference website. New Game 2011 will be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco from November 1-2, 2011.
