Works with project team to define overall project goals, quality, and timeline
Develops and maintains a flexible project plan and schedule
Communicates project status to project team and greater organization
Works closely with production to ensure project goals are delivered and approved
Proactively makes process improvements project wide
Solves problems and collaborates outside the project team
Contributes to talent planning of the project team
