Representatives from Nippon Ichi Software, one of Japan’s largest software developers, have announced that the company has opened a new North American subsidiary called NIS America. The new company is based in Anaheim, California and is responsible for distributing games in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. The first games to appear from the company will include the highly praised Disgaea: Hour of Darkness and Phantom Brave. Source: The Magic Box
