The games will be based upon the movies "Sharkslayer" (featuring the voices of Will Smith, Jack Black and Angelina Jolie), "Madagascar" (featuring the voices of Chris Rock and Ben Stiller), and "Over the Hedge," based on the syndicated comic strip. The movies will hit theaters in 2004 and 2005, and Activision CEO Bobby Kotick said Activision programmers will need that much lead time to finish collaborative work they are doing with studio animators. Financial terms were not disclosed for the deal.
