With 3.5 million copies sold, Naughty Dog's Uncharted 2 has become the fastest-selling first-party PlayStation title, Sony says -- and the game has over 1.5 million online users worldwide. The new numbers come from SCEA product development VP Scott Rohde, praising the team on the PlayStation Blog by saying Uncharted 2 has "established a new standard for games developed on the PS3 platform." "We’re incredibly excited to see all of the continued innovations and platform-defining games that will come from the creative minds at Naughty Dog," adds Rohde. In other sales milestone news, consumer website GameSpot reports that LucasArts' Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has reached 7 million copies sold on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 since its September 2008 launch. The developer will soon release downloadable content, offering the game's closing chapter, the Hoth Mission Pack, via Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. The Hoth Mission Pack was previously available only with a purchase of the game's special Ultimate Sith Edition, which included the main game, the mission pack and other downloadable content for the title.
