Level Design Cover 101 - Placement & Mindset

This video shows my mindset about cover placement while going through classical and typical level design layout scenarios.

After a long break, I finally had some time again to make a video. I want to start a small series that is close to my level design heart: COVER

This first video shows my mindset about cover placement while going through classical and typical level design layout scenarios. So we are talking here about how to improve cover placement in simple setups like a corner to more complex ones like convex or concave spaces. While the video can't show every possible scenario for every game and situation, it focuses instead on bringing my mindset across. How to read, design, judge, and ultimately improve a space, cover-wise.

Side note: I finally invested in a better microphone and some other hardware to help me making such videos faster and feasible again, given my busy schedule.
