We started vloging about the development of Lasting Legacy this week. On this first video Noel shows the current build for the first time, and explains some of the basic genealogy mechanics.
It is a bit cringe-worthy for me to show the game with all the temp art (just look at those buttons!), but it also made me realize the amount of stuff already in game, and how far along we are. Especially when you are head down working on something for a while, it gets really difficult to see the forest for the trees. Showing the game even in this early stage, Noel explaining from zero the actions available in the first few turns, and people's reactions to the video on Twitter, are all a good way of regaining some fresh perspective.
