Game Designer, S2 Games

Location: Portage, MI We are seeking experienced, passionate, and driven individuals to take on the role of Game Designer. The Game Designer will be responsible for creating a fun and memorable experience for the best games on the market. This individual will be responsible for scripting and balancing changes put in to the game. This is an opportunity to get in on the team of a proven and successful game developer and to create the next big thing. Responsibilities Include:

  • Create a fun and memorable games

  • Write game design documents

  • Create, iterate, and balance game systems and economies

  • Propose new ideas for games and features

  • Describe ideas to UI, programmers, and producers and follow-up with them until completion

  • Participate in all aspects of the project's development, from planning through post-launch product support

  • Communicate with team members to ensure rapid iteration

  • Deliver high quality results on time
