Do  you like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Wikipedia? Do you like Let's Plays and User Generated Content?

These bills would kill your rights to view these - under these bills, ANY company could hit any other company with a revenue killing blow (stopping not only their web hosting but also payment processing and ad revenue gathering) under the guise of copyright infringement, with no courts involved. The bill is way too vague and a company could hit a competitor with this... What's to become of indies if a big game company is making something similar??

So... what's more important to you this holiday season? Playing Skyrim or Modern Warfare 3, or keeping your rights to create and consume things like Lets Plays, wikis about your favorite games, the right to tweet about your favorite games, etc.

Boycott ESRB-rated titles (the ESA runs the ESRB), and titles from Microsoft and Nintendo. Hit them where it hurts.

Tweet:

" Please RT ESA MS Nintendo 4 PROTECTIP EPARASITE Boycott ESRB rated games this holiday #noletsplays #noskyrim @GamePolitics @demandprogress "

Let's make these hashtags trend. Defend your right to free speech about your favorite games!
