Electronic Arts has rolled out a charitable Humble Bundle offering up to eight games redeemable on Origin and Steam. The new bundle pitches six games for (currently) under $5 U.S.: Dead Space, Dead Space 3, Burnout Paradise, Crysis 2, Mirror's Edge and Medal of Honor. Two more, Battlefield 3 and The Sims 3, unlock if the consumer pays above the average amount. Five of the eight games come with spare Steam keys in addition to redeeming on Origin. All of EA's proceeds from the sale go to charity, and a nice side-effect of the successful campaign is likely a few new Origin registrations. At time of writing some players are reporting that Origin's "Redeem Product Code" page has gone under from the server strain. UPDATE: Origin has now sent out a system-wide notice confirming that code redemption is currently unavailable. "We have top agents working on it," the message assures users.
