Richard Todd is a designer, and has worked on projects including Incredible Hulk, Army Men 2, and Lord of the Rings for the GBA, Call of Cthulhu for the Xbox, and most recently Wheelman at Midway. As of December 2008, he has recently accepted a design position at Kuju London. He is interested in exploring and better understanding some of the properties that make for a good game, such as the nature and role of luck.
