Author's Profile

Ian Wright started as a bedroom coder in the 80's, creating two hit games for the ZX Spectrum home computer, before gaining a degree in Computer Science and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. At SCEE (UK) he worked on PS1 games and led a small R&D team that developed AI tools for the PS2 and the singing recognition technology that powers the SingStar franchise. As one of the founders of AiLive he has spent the last decade applying machine learning to computer entertainment. He is the author of peer-reviewed articles on AI and computer games, cognitive science and economics.
