Ian began working in the videogames industry after completing a Visual Arts degree in 1997 and joined Blitz Games Studios as a Concept Artist shortly afterwards. He currently holds the position of Art Manager for Volatile Games, most recently directing their art team on Dead to Rights: Retribution.
