Ben is a 16-year CG veteran now serving as director of art for Microsoft Game Studios. He is responsible for leading a group of talented and highly-motivated creative and technical art directors, artists, post-production, and outsourcing specialists who oversee the publishing art efforts for first party Xbox 360 and XBLA franchises such as Gears of War, Fable, Halo Wars, Too Human, Viva Piñata, Banjo Kazooie and Scene It. In addition, his group supports and drives various art initiatives for MGS and works closely with partners to R&D the latest-and-greatest in new IP and technology development.
