Round and round the drivers race their magnificent cars, when suddenly, like bolts of lightning shooting from the sky - race car after race car is being attacked!
Down zooms the "Spoiler" onto the track - one by one he blasts the racers taking them out of the race. The Spoiler, the most evil and greedy enemy known, declares himself as the best in the world and no one else.
