The biggest news out of the conference is the latest version of the Android OS, of course: Android M, for which a developer preview is available.

But there's much more at the link; check it out if you're an Android dev and you're looking to keep abreast with the latest in updates to the platform, including a new version of Android Studio, automated testing tools which should make device fragmentation easier to deal with, to AdMob and an updated Cardboard SDK for Unity that supports iOS and Android both, it's all there.

Google has also made updates to its Cast SDK that are specifically targeted at game developers for mobile platforms.
