Gamasutra is asking for an article on the state of Agile/Scrum in the game industry. It will be based on a survey of developers who fill out the survey linked to below.
We've been using agile/Scrum for over half a decade now, with plenty of game projects that have used it. There are things about it that work and things that don't.
