Season 1 of Arena of Solare, a 3v3 PvP content with equalised gear arrives to Black Desert Online

Pearl Abyss | Amsterdam, the Netherlands — August 17, 2022 — Today, Pearl Abyss launched the season 1 of Arena of Solare in Black Desert Online, kicking off two months of intense 3v3 showdowns. This regular season introduces three new battlefields and various events to reward the strongest teams that hold ground in the arena. Black Desert Console players can look forward to the summer events.  

Black Desert Online Updates (PC)
 
Arena of Solare is the first matchmaking-based PvP content in Black Desert Online where players in a team of three fight against another team. Using equalised gear, Arena of Solare players can enjoy a thrilling battle determined by players’ PvP skills, not their equipment. A team that defeats all opponents or has the higher total HP will win each round. The team that is able to win 3 rounds (out of five) wins the match.

Arena of Solare Season 1 introduces the following features:   

Three New Battlefields 
The Manshaum Forest, Jade Starlight Forest, and Cadry Ruins are added to the list of maps. Manshaum Forest is an arena with lush and misty woodland. Jade Starlight Forest offers a frantic battle in an open field, and Cadry Ruins is an ancient amphitheatre where players can strategically utilise the random objects that are spawned in the arena. Players will need to employ their different combat strategies and equip gear to match the map and their own PvP style.
 
Improved UI 
The improved rank page is now divided into sections where players can precisely check other players’ character information, class ranking, specialised skills and equipped gear as well as the Awakening and Succession state of their characters.

Black Desert Console Updates
 
Black Desert Console continues the Summer Fiesta events until the 24th of August to celebrate the three-year anniversary on PlayStation. During the event period, console players can earn valuable in-game items by logging in to the game.  
 
In addition, the Serendia region in the game received the Elvia Realm update last week. In the Elvia monster zone, players will confront stronger enemies and additional game mechanics.
