New-gen versions for DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ, the 2D fighting game developed by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco Europe, are now in development for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
 
Revealed during DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ’s Top 8 competition for the 2022 Evolution Championship Series (EVO), the new-gen editions will harness the power of these platforms to deliver even more breathtaking visuals with incredible responsiveness to player inputs. In addition, next-gen and PC players will soon experience smoother online play thanks to the integration of rollback netcode in a future update. More information on the game’s new-gen versions and rollback netcode will be released at a later date.
 
DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ gives fans the opportunity to take their favourite DRAGON BALL characters into battle and bring to bear some of the most famous moves from the DRAGON BALL universe. Featuring 3 vs. 3 battle mechanics, players assemble their teams and take to the field of battle to experience eye-popping fights that are sure to wow any fighting game aficionado. With its cast of fan-favourite characters, players will surely train and master more than one fighter and style, delivering richer gameplay and motivation to take down the competition.
