SAN DIEGO – April 6, 2022 – Psyonix, the San Diego video game developer, today announced that Season 3 of Rocket League Sideswipe, the standalone Rocket League game for mobile devices, is now live! Season 3 features a new Rocket Pass, Season Challenges, Spectator Mode, and a brand new Threes Mode.

 

Threes Mode has replaced Volleyball Mode and features six players in high-flying strategic 3v3 action. Threes Mode is played on the new Longfield Arena with the addition of offscreen indicators for players to keep better track of their teammates. In addition, the new Spectator Mode enables players to watch and analyze Private Matches.

 

Season 2 Rewards, which are Player Banners and Titles, will be given out following Season 3’s launch, for the highest rank the player achieved during the season.
