Gamasutra's weekly column, "Saling The World", covers the top five sellers for every available platform in the United States, Japan, and Europe, providing an important update of sales patterns worldwide. This week's charts, with data taken from April 15th, 2010, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction leading Xbox 360 sales in North America and the UK, while No More Heroes: Eiyuutachi no Rakuen heads the charts in Japan. Data for "Saling The World" comes courtesy of the public sales information on Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, and Amazon.co.jp, with sales split out for each platform and territory, and pre-orders disregarded. Sega's Yakuza series sequel Ryu ga Gotoku 4 returns to the top of the Japanese charts, as God of War III and Hokuto Musou follow close behind in weekly sales numbers. PC North America: 1. Last week's Japanese chart winner Sekaiju no Meikyuu III falls to third place, meanwhile, as Nintendo's Tomodachi Collection and New Super Mario Bros. take the region's top two chart spots.
