Buena Vista Games, the video game arm of The Walt Disney Company, has announced its full E3 line-up, headlined by titles including a futuristic reimagining of the
Turok comic book license, previously used by Acclaim for its series of prehistoric FPS games.
Turok, which is due for a 2007 release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, is described as an "epic, story-driven FPS game set on a dark, mysterious planet in the near future. Players take on the role of Joseph Turok, a former Black Ops commando, now part of an elite Special Forces squad on a mission to take down a war criminal on a genetically-altered planet."
Other notable titles include
Lumines Plus, the first console extension of the highly popular
Lumines puzzle franchise, and one of a host of titles licensed from Tetsuya Mizuguchi's Q? Entertainment, including

The company will also debut
Desperate Housewives: The Game, based on the ABC/Touchstone Television series, and
Disney's Chicken Little: Ace in Action, based on the "super hero movie within a movie" of the box office hit film "Chicken Little"; plus
Disney's Meet the Robinsons, inspired by the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures' futuristic computer-animated film.
Other titles include the handheld versions of
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, based on the upcoming summer movie sequel;
Spectrobes; and games based on popular Disney Channel properties including "Hannah Montana," "Little Einsteins," "American Dragon," "Phil of the Future," "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," "That's So Raven" and more.
