Representatives of 822 Digital, billed as the first "game-dedicated" ad agency has announced an expansion of its studio and services with a new print division and new director of business following its first year in business. Formed by former TV and game editor Steven J. Rosenbaum and Hector Rodriguez, 822 has brought Lauren Faccidomo on board as business director, following prior experience working at Capcom Interactive, Sony Mobile Games, Vivendi and Rockstar Games. The studio has thus far executed campaigns for Capcom, Sierra/Vivendi and 2K for games such as Scarface and Timeshift and is currently involved in creating a number of trailers for Sierra Online HD games intended to go out through the Xbox Live Marketplace. The new studio brings other new expansions, including its new print division and full HD shooting teams and stations for HD game footage capture. Said Rosenbaum on the expansion, "We’re heading into our second year with real excitement. We’re going to give game publishers and studios absolutely everything they will ever want and need to market their games in the most creatively captivating, unique and cost effective way."
