This week's media consumption, a look at the media and art diets of our favorite industry personalities, speaks to freelance game soundtrack composer Stephen Geering. Geering's work has been featured in products from a number of publishers, including THQ, Konami, and Atari. Soundtracks composed by him include Konami's recent entries in the Frogger franchise, Atari's Magic: The Gathering: Battlegrounds, the game adaptation of DreamWorks' Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Geering's most recent composition work was for Konami's Lost in Blue for the Nintendo DS, the third in Konami's Survival Kids series of RPG/survival hybrids that originated on the Game Boy. He is also currently working on an unannounced project, also for Konami. More on Geering's career can be found in his Gamasutra Music & Sound Effects Gallery (registration required).
