The Low Income Pass Lottery is returning for the 2022 Game Developers Conference, happening in March 2022—and applications are now open.

The Low Income Pass Lottery is intended for people who would otherwise not be able to attend in-person without considerable financial assistance. This is for an Expo Plus pass to GDC live in San Francisco, March 23-25, 2022 (when the Expo floor is open during GDC week). Please review the submission guidelines prior to entry:

• One entry per person.

• Low income passes are non-transferrable and have no cash value.

• If you have already purchased a pass to GDC, you are not eligible.

• The lottery drawing winners will be announced via email shortly after the form closes and before early registration pricing ends.

If you meet the requirements, be sure to sign up here for the Low Income Pass Lottery. Applications close at 11:59pm PT on Sunday, January 16. And if you have any questions about our Health and Safety plan for in-person attendance, including our vaccine requirements, you can head here to view our guidelines.

GDC returns in-person to San Francisco, March 21-25, 2022—registration is now open! For more information on GDC 2022, including our virtual options, be sure to visit our website and follow the #GDC22 hashtag on social media.
