Officials from Vivendi Universal Games have announced a major reorganization of the company that will see the games unit spinning off its foreign divisions as separate businesses. The divisions headquartered in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North American will now be operated as distinct units with their own presidents. The company’s current CFO, Jean-Francois Grollemund, will become European president, Hubert Larenaudie will take over operations in Asia-Pacific and Philip W. O’Neil will retain his presidency of the North American division. At the same time Christophe Ramboz, president and COO of international, will leave the company to “pursue other opportunities”.
