With a lack of any other releases and the break-up of schools for the summer holidays, the UK sales chart for this week has become dominated by film-licensed titles and other family-friendly fare. Activision's Madagascar has held onto its number one place, and in addition, the company's Fantastic 4 has moved up five places in light of the movie’s release in the UK – despite disappointing reviews for the game. The also critically lackluster game adaptation of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has entered at number sixteen, and is likely to catapult into the top ten when the film is released on the July 29th in Britain. The only notable non-movie related mover in the top twenty is new entry Brian Lara International Cricket 2005 at number two, which marks a highly successful resurrection of the franchise by publishers Codemasters, and is one of two cricket titles in the top ten – the game being particular popular since its release coincides with the famous Ashes cricket series between England and Australia.
