UDS Acquires Add Games

Swedish development house UDS has acquired advertising game publisher Add Games.

The two companies already had close ties, with UDS having previously developed many of the advertising game titles published by Add Games. The acquisition was completed through an all-stock transaction. UDS expects purchase to contribute positively to its 2001 financials.
