TTPCom will be distributing a free Software Development Kit (SDK) for its b’ngo wireless game player at E3. The SDK, which is available from the reception of Booth 2340 located in the West Hall, contains all of the necessary software, documentation and emulators to enable the development of new titles for b’ngo. b’ngo (pronounced 'bingo') is a turnkey wireless gaming product design launched by TTPCom in February. The product is available for license and has been designed to meld a mobile game player with a fully-featured mobile phone. b’ngo's key features include GSM/GPRS Class 10, Bluetooth, MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), WAP2.0, a large color screen, an embedded digital camera and the Wireless Graphics Engine (WGE) which enables console quality C++ gaming through advanced graphics handling and multiple key press support. Handset manufacturers licensing the b’ngo design will be provided with the complete pre-integrated technology, including the key features detailed above, but will be free to determine the final design and form factor of the product. This enables the rapid development and market launch of differentiated terminal designs. Network operators can customize the user interface to deliver branded download services and to develop multi-player gaming between b’ngo devices, irrespective of manufacturer. For a demonstration of b’ngo or to pick up a free SDK visit the UK: State of Play booth, #2340 in the West Hall between Sony and Sega.
