Representatives of Oregon-based developer Tesseraction Games have announced today that the company is filing a $1.7 million lawsuit against UK publisher GMX Media. The company is citing unpaid royalties, substantial and un-remedied breach, inaccurate sales reporting and initiation of product sales outside of licensed territories. The company, developers of Enigma: Rising Tide, is also seeking injunctive relief against the publisher.
