Synergenix today revealed the launch of the mophun 3D engine which features a low memory footprint and low processing power requirements, while at the same time offering a comprehensive suite of 3D APIs. The purpose of the 3D engine is to quickly and effectively develop mobile 3D games. The games are compact in size and thus downloadable over the air to the end user’s mobile phone. Also included are features such as enhanced audio, multi-player capabilities and more. The 3D APIs introduced in mophun 3D allows for more advanced games to be developed, but the mophun 3D engine still maintains full binary backward compatibility with all currently existing mophun games.
