Sony Adds Java to Playstation 2
Sony is continuing to gear up its Playstation internet capabilities by pledging to integrate Sun’s Java platform into the Playstation 2 by the end of the year.

“Sony Computer Entertainment aims to create a new world of entertainment by merging games with communication,” said Sony’s Shinichi Okamoto, “It is a clear solution that PlayStation 2 supports Java.”
