Sonomic has launched Sonomic.com, home to what Sonomic says is the largest online library of professional samples and sound FX. Sonomic has developed a unique "Search – Preview – Download" functionality that eliminates time consuming searches and delivers the sounds producers need.
Sonomic says its online library currently consists of over 100,000 professional samples and sound FX, making it the largest in the world. The company’s continually growing library includes the talents of Q Up Arts, Clack Sound Studios, Numerical Sound, CA Sound, Titus, Electronisounds and Doug Beck Music, among others. Using any Internet-connected computer, users can access and search Sonomic’s sound library by category or keyword. All search results can be previewed in high-quality Windows Media and RealNetworks audio streams, selected sounds can then be downloaded in .aiff and .wav file formats for immediate use in any type of audio, video or multimedia production.
All of the files purchased from Sonomic are automatically stored in the user’s own personal "Soundbay". The Soundbay is a customizable sound management tool that allows users to store, sort, organize, preview and download all of the sounds they have purchased from Sonomic. All items in the Soundbay can be sorted by file name, date of purchase, instrument/category, style, production, title, artist, key, bpm, file size, frequency and bit rate. Since the Soundbay is accessible from any Internet-connected computer, audio professionals always have access to their sounds, no matter where they are working. Additionally, all of the files in the SOUNDBAY can be downloaded as many times as needed.
