SNK Corporation Shuts Down
Japanese hardware/software developer SNK Corporation has closed down.

The company, which created the NeoGeo arcade system and numerous games such as Vanguard dating back to 1978, closed its doors for good yesterday. The company filed for bankruptcy last April, and had closed down many of its offices since.
