Japanese newspaper Nihon Keizai Shimbun is reporting that Sega has begun planning and developing sports theme facilities, in a bid to diversify its operations. As a first step the company has planned and designed the S-Pulse Dream House, a soccer theme park to be operated by the S-Pulse soccer club in Shizuoka Prefecture. The theme park, which opens March 20, will sell S-Pulse-related merchandise and have a section where visitors will be able to play soccer and other video games. Source: Dow Jones Newswires
