Additional details have emerged concerning the buy-out of Sega by Sammy. As part of the deal all seven Sega subsidiary studios (Sega WOW, Sega-AM2, Hitmaker, Sonic Team, Smilebit, Amusement Vision and Digitalrex) will be integrated back into a single company, as they were before the company became a third-party publisher. The reintegration is expected to be completed by July this year. Source: The Magic Box
