BrainStorm Productions has announced the program schedule for the Game Employment and Education Conference (GEC), being held on February 24, 2007 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, Washington. The GEC features guest speaker lectures and panel discussions with the senior members of Puget Sound developers, Gas Powered Games (Supreme Commander) and ArenaNet (Guild Wars). The educational topics include game design, game testing, art production, programming, and a whole host of human resources information. Each presenter will speak on their subject of expertise, followed by a Q&A with the crowd. The educational sessions will end with a full panel of experts taking on a lively Q&A session with the crowd. The GEC has also announced that Chris Taylor's Supreme Commander will be the featured event during the "Fun-n-Games" in a special showcase section that rounds out the conference. The event director, Brian Sturm says, "We can't share the details on the speakers involved and the exact nature of the showcase yet, but Chris Taylor is very excited about this showcase, and so are we."
