Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in an exclusively compiled list. This week brings Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, Prototype, and Virtua Tennis 2009 to North America, as the UK gets The Conduit and a PS2 port of Wipeout Pulse. The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending June 13th, 2009. Notably, EA's Grand Slam Tennis and the Wii versions of Tiger Woods and Virtua Tennis will arrive as the first titles to support Nintendo's Wii MotionPlus controller accessory. The rhythm genre sees heavy representation in this week's portable lineup, with Guitar Hero On Tour: Modern Hits premiering on the Nintendo DS while PSP owners get Rock Band: Unplugged. Other standout portable releases for this week include the Atlus-published PSP RPG Class of Heroes and Nintendo's localization of the mascot-based platformer The Legendary Starfy. Games Released in Europe: Nintendo Wii: - The Conduit - Grand Slam Tennis - Horrible Histories: Ruthless Romans - Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings - Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball - Story Hour: Adventures - Story Hour: Fairy Tales Xbox 360: - Guilty Gear 2: Overture - Hail to the Chimp - Prototype - Superstars V8 Racing PlayStation 3: - Hail to the Chimp - Prototype PlayStation 2: - Guitar Hero: Metallica - Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings - Secret Agent Clank - Wipeout Pulse Nintendo DS: - Horrible Histories: Ruthless Romans - Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings PlayStation Portable: - Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings PC: - Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual - Horrible Histories: Ruthless Romans - Prototype High Voltage Software's anticipated first-person shooter The Conduit will premiere exclusively in the UK this week, arriving two weeks in advance of its planned U.S. release date. Gamers in Europe will additionally receive an exclusive PlayStation 2 port of the PSP racer Wipeout Pulse this week, along with the educational adventure title Horrible Histories: Ruthless Romans and street racing sim Superstars V8 Racing. Games Released in Japan: Nintendo Wii: - Wii de Asobu: Chibi-Robo - Wii de Asobu: Metroid Prime 2: Dark Echoes Nintendo DS: - Eikou Seminar Koushiki DS Kyouzaki: Koukou Eitango - Eitan Zamurai DS - Hayarigami DS: Toshidensetsu Kaii Jiken - Majo ni Naru - Mugen Kouro PlayStation Portable: - Onore no Shinzuru Michi wo Yuke - Shinseiki Evangelion: Koutetsu no Girlfriend 2nd Portable Japan's console release lineup remains slim for the second week in a row. This week brings Wii remakes of the GameCube titles Chibi-Robo and Metroid Prime 2: Dark Echoes, while other platforms come up empty. Portable platforms fare slightly better, with the Nintendo DS hosting the adventure title Majo ni Naru and Platinum Games' sci-fi RPG Mugen Kouro (to be released stateside later this year as Infinite Space). PSP owners will get the anime-based Shinseiki Evangelion: Koutetsu no Girlfriend 2nd Portable, meanwhile, along with From Software's Onore no Shinzuru Michi wo Yuke.
