Sony officials have revealed the first ever official images of the PSP (PlayStation Portable) at a recent corporate strategy meeting. The images are still concepts but show a rectangular design, similar to an elongated version of the original Game Boy Advance. Reaction has been positive amongst fans and industry figures, although some concern has been raised about the nature of the controller pad, which the company suggested would be analogue but in the image so far provided seems to be a standard d-pad.
